For someone with a slightly negative-neutral orbital vector, dark circles, and mild tear troughs in shadowed light, could fat grafting on its own be enough to mask the minor recession? Purely for volume purposes, not talking about creating a dimorphic infra region or changing eye shape/sceleral show/lower lid position.
