Everytime someone posts surgery results they always cherrypick the ones were the patients turned out better looking but dont say anything about the millions of failed and unsuccessful surgeries.Cause there are lots of cases when surgery makes the patient look worse or just different not necessarily improving their facial aesthetics. Not to mention some faces are unsaveable anyway.

she obviously had may too much work done and insisted on getting things done the surgeon didnt actually reccomend.

If tou get a high quality surgeon and actually listen to their reccomendations I think the chances of being botched are very low

Most results will be good results. Unless you’re having a surgery with a laughably high fail/dissatisfaction rate.
