Getting a consult with an oculoplastic surgeon in a month for cosmetic surgery (Lateral Canthoplasty, Upper Blepharoplasty)

thinking of bringing before(normal unfrauded) and after(photoshopped frauded) pictures of my eyes to change canthal tilt, hooding, and slight other changes

any tips on how to approach a cosmetic surgery consult? First time for me
