Hey, I wanted to actually put thoughts into actions and start doing something in the surgical direction but I don't actually know the best place to start. A bit about me; My weak areas are my chin proportions/projection, midface, undereyes, browridge

Who should I consult with so I can go from there? Was thinking an oral & maxillofacial surgeon but open to ideas

"midface" and proceeds to show no pic then gets mad when mentioned..

Anyways, for your midface either bimax or lefort1-3, chin simply implants/filler (gets fixxed with bimax bhai) undereye simply do fat grafting/filler or implants and browridge testo.
