probably getting a genioplasty and jaw angle implants, I feel like my side profile is really weak. Any other sugestions? I don’t want fillers cause they will eventually migrate.

It will fuck your Holdaway H Line ratio and your mentolabial angle.
To get lips behind the chin you need to get the philtrum, lips, maxilla and mandibule for that.
