My surgeon planned to perform bsso alone after analysis of my ct scan which they initially suggested bimax. They mentioned maxilla is minimally recessed so there is not much movement worth for surgery. They are planning surgery first to reduce orthodontic time for the comfort of my patient and also because my teeth is properly aligned. Can i get some advice from experts on this forum? I can dm you my pics.
