Surgery first? Curve of spee is moderately deep

Do I get surgery first or do you guys think I should decompensate for allegedly more advancement and stability? My bottom incisors are high while my molars and premolars are relatively even, its literally my two front bottom incisors that are sticking up, my top jaw is fine. I am worried the bottom incisors will hit my top incisors prematurely and that will minimize how much range of motion the surgeon gets.

Surgeon said he can do surgery first but I am still unsure cuz I do not want relapse and the smoothest operation possible so I need yalls opinions.
