hello im a frech man of 17 yo soon 18, my first surgery was septoplasty, i have recessed chin, maxilla, and a big tongue, soon get a bimax and after, i going to see for bichectomy, supra and infra orbital fat graft or implant, eyes brows transplantation, and maybe facelift for the shape of eyes.
im something like hmtn cause my weak side profil but with all this surgery reach chadlite i think, i have really good base.

if someone wanna talk about these surgery im here.

you can see positive cantal tilt, neutral brow ridge with good projection, hazel eyes (dont see on these pics cause the flash), not bad eyelashes and strait eyesbrows, but i have holy resseced infra, i have good nose, not that bloated, but no matters if i have ressed maxilla and chin in society its fckd

bimax is needed for my health i can’t breath with my nose and have lot of pain in neck, traps and back
