Surgery for ipd?

Is there anything you can get to shorten your ipd

Yeah orbital box osteotomy but 20 percent botch rate

High IPD is generally not that bad (more acceptable the low IPD). Larpsahurcel is right orbital box osteotomy is an option but even for this community its extremely invasive. making your zygos slightly wider to is also an option to make the ipd look smaller but basically none of those surgery's look good either tbh. Honestly just focusing on other flaws might be the best option. how many mm is it btw.

dude i think its like 70mm If thats really bad then i most likely measured it inaccurately because i used my mirror lol. Whats the most accurate way of measuring it

Digital calipers are pretty good if you can afford them just don't fuck your eyes up. 70mm isn't to bad especially if you have a wide face (95 percentile) and once again wider iPD is more acceptable. i wouldn't worry about it to much.

I wouldn't worry about it, you have a well developed face, and there's a few high end models who have it wider.
