Surgery for minimal percentile ascension?

I get quite a bit of female attention irl and do good on dating apps. But I'm not in the "looking so good that blatant racism is excusable" category yet.

I've had dark under-eyes for a while and one of my parents has this too. Should I get a bimax in order to lengthen the upper maxilla and fix this?

Is having invasive surgery to go from HTN to chadlite worth it?

If it’s vascular: things like laser, PRF, or nanofat can help. If it’s structural : microfat grafting or sometimes conservative filler is used. Personally I prefer nanofat for vascular cases and microfat for structural ones. Bone support can play a role, but bimax would still be massive overkill unless there’s a clear skeletal deficiency, which is rare.
