hi, in past 2 year i got the mini-brake (mostly cracke) of my nose in process the fight. in a half of year im appointment on surgery on my nose. one of my nostrill get the norrowing, bone spur and lite shift. my question: will i have the simple borrow in my nose oe the full osteotomy. (my ENT fix the hard breathing of one nostrill)
