surgery for nose/radix ?

should I get a upturned nose? planning on getting a septo-rhino soon gonna make my nose a bit smaller width wise and show less nostrils on the size and remove bump but was wondering should I get a straight nose or upturned

also can I fix my radix or not

your nose and side is literally good. its just your lower third

thank you, yeah I have minor sfs so I can't really fix it without surgery
