I would avoid them they have the reputation of being bluepilled but they are very cheap.

Some offering chin wing for 4k and bimax for 3-5k

I'm french and have sleep apnea so literally could pay 1500-2k € out of pocket but Bimax + genio .

However trimax can only be done once and I only trust Ramieri to solve my overbite and narrow jaw issue, need ramus widening, rotation.

French surgeon wouldn't do much CCW, linear movement, lot of them look unimpressive.

Pretty sure, takes about a year during that time the ramps press against the insides of your cheeks and stretch the skin, it can in some cases cause it if your skin lacks in collagen or you're not very young. Up to genetics aswell.

Started ortho 3 weeks ago for overbite

French Ortho will contact Ramieri at 6 months mark to tell him progress, I will then have an online consultation in October/November with Ramieri to express my basic plans, movements, custom plates, ramus widening, sliding genio in 3 dimensions , maxilla downgrafting

Then 2 months before surgery in early 2026 I will need to fly to Rome to get CBT scan there after my teeth are fully aligned

The same day I will stayed at Ramieri clinic and we will start 3D planning , do movements I want , then Ramieri tell his opinion on feasibility, chimp lips risk with alar base flaring associated with bigger movements, soft tissue limitations, what bone grafts I would need to do this and that

Once we agreed one a plan I fly home until surgery date is fixed


I made a complete plan already with Chat GPT, precising I will work with Ramieri and surprisingly ai knows Ramieri style, limitation and do very realistic morphs using your x ray, real photos, and show you post op results with plan precisely that I can share in DM

Finally I chose Ramieri because I think he's the best for ascending people with deformities like class 2 or 3 malocclusion out of the 3 Italians surgeons

Raffaini is an asshole narcy , cost 40k , don't use custom plates , don't do genio on 3 dimensions movements, don't listen to plan.

Pagnoni is also a good choice and also use custom plates and listen to your plan

Finally I won't trust any french surgeon because I want a drastic , custom plates with bonegrafts and maxilla downgrafting change.

But Devroux must be good for someone with a class 1 bite , flat occlusional plane, no short lower third that only need sagittal BSSO and other straight movements to ascend and must be cheaper for French or even foreigners like 5-7k

Un mec qui s’appelle Gaia à post ses results avec ramieri et je les ai trouvé super underwhelming donc jsp, j’ai un med phéno (français/italien) et je pense que Raffaini répond à mes attentes
Je commence les braces again dans 1 mois, puis pareil dans environ 6 mois je recontacte raffaini
En tout cas à chaque fois que je lui envoie des mails il me répond quasi instant et il est chill, je pense faut juste pas le froisser
