surgery for striking features?

Is there anything you can do for striking features? I don't have anything wrong facially and I feel like an aesthetician would look at me like I'm a psycho if I told them I'm insecure about a nonexistent flaw, no major failios or anything and I have good harmony but I want to have a striking feature or something deemed very attractive is this possible?
