Surgery for tight lower eyelid?

I once put an ice on my left lower eyelid. Its been 1 month and still tight to this day. It makes me look like old.

Is there a surgery for that?

That's what drooping lower eyelids are called, the fix would be called something like lower eyelid retraction repair or lower eyelid retraction surgery

A lot of surgeons also group retraction repair under canthoplasty or canthopexy. I'd just try to find surgeons that have posted before and afters pictures of patients with a similar eye area as yours instead of focusing on the name
