Number 1). The vision of the surgeon should align with yours. Every surgeon will propose a different idea and has a different skillset.

Number 2) a bimax consist out of more than just the operation. You will have to travel the for checkups which in itself would cost you several thousands. You will also need orthodontist treatment. Good luck finding an ortho who is willing to coorperate with a Korean surgeon. Won’t happen buddy.
