I’d say it’s good to draw the line somewhere and functionality is the best place to draw it. Leg lengthening and eye area stuff is very often mental masturbation but jaw surgery and some rhinoplasties have very real health benefits and there’s nothing cope about that, if you even qualify for them then they’re necessary. I need both and I can easily justify the cost to breathe and feel and speak better, let alone the looks. Also, I’ve never once seen this mentioned on PSL but breathing better makes you more attractive on a somatic level which is just as important as looks.

What’s cope is that all you need to ascend is your looks and not your social circle and who you’re around, if you want HTB+. I got very lucky with that in college and it did more for me than any looks ascension I’ve ever read about on here. I’m motivated to make these surgeries happen but I know I have the whole other problem of getting around the right girls again.
