Before I was kind of scared of it but it's awesome. Being able to essentially give yourself top tier halo's is insane and it's much less expensive then I would have thought:

"Average patient charges ranged from $4778 to $8816 for bimaxillary osteotomies, $3538 to $6784 for Le Fort I osteotomies, and $3086 to $5023 for bilateral sagittal split osteotomies"

Plus you can group a bunch of them together and get it done with all at once.

Also a side not: You should never be concerned about dying during surgery because if you do happen to die during it you will never even know about it. It would probably be the best way to die. The real thing you should worry about is living after surgery with a botched result.

If you needed the surgery in the first place (In the case of LTN to subhumans) then the risk of it getting botched is basically a non-factor since you will fall from 'invisible to women' to 'invisible to women,'

Basically, you have nothing to lose.

What differences does it make? If I buy a McDonalds sandwich I'm essentially giving myself a sandwich.

Yup, but I think surgery works best to fix failos. It's when people try to make an average feature above average that you get the most risk due to the fact it can ruin harmony.

1 millimeter projection from my chin will make me dom

Being able to essentially give yourself top tier halo
surgery can only fix some certain failos, it cannot create a hailo out of an average trait

maybe creating top tier jaw with wraparound is possible, but chances are a top tier jaw wont fit in with the rest of your face

Getting surgery as young as possible is the smartest thing you can do in this world. Even if the surgery only makes you slightly better looking and is expensive, it is always worth it in the long run.

But you forgot to mention the cost of anasthesiologist, xrays, consultations, and the hospital fee itself which can be another 20k+ without insurance (this is on top of the surgery cost itself)

Best lane ever. I don't know why people are scared of dying. Not feeling your face for the rest of your life, or become blind is worse than dying.

botched surgeries don't really happen, its just that people think they will look like a model after jaw surgery

you're right.
That's kind of why it's a bit scary for me.
I plan to have rhino and possible some sort of jaw surgery if I can afford it after.
But i'm scared about botch ups.
Even though i get rejected a tonne and am not good looking, I've banged a handful of girls way out of my league (way younger and way hotter) and I worry about surgery fucking me over - so in a sense i've got 'something' (even if not much) to lose
