Well the thing is that some people don't have the same ability to analyse looksmaxxing as many others.
Many people here think oh well I'm becoming male local 7 psl with surgeries, and that's not how it works. Each person has a limit, and can be higher or lower. Not going to discuss why.

So well depending on individual surgeries can be really successful or almost redundant.

It's about finding your potential and failos. Get a ct scan before your surgery and analyse it. Fixing your failos+ softmaxxing+ creating 1 or 2 haloes = ascension

the biggest ascension from bimax are usually very recessed, not mild cases.

yeah it isn't the same as it would look with a more advanced jaw and mouth area, but sometimes i feel that it is too much for some people.

also usually after bimax you need to get something to give the appearance of a forward orbital area, infraorbital implants, maybe malar ones or if ur some osteotomy (and if ur really unfortunate, your frontal bone, but whos getting monobloc)

so its an option but I do not thing its helpful to every person out there.

That's the curse of being too average looking, to the point where no particular failos can be addressed or you're simply too numb or poor sighted to notice them.

I have sfs, my jaw and infraorbitals are conspicously recessed while my maxilla is forward (typical birdcel profile). Bimax and orbital rim implants will "ascend" me yet I didn't fail to notice left eye ptosis and other "candy failos" that reside on my face. This is what you should be doing.
