I told him about my intend to get a surgeries, and he said that "even if I could afford all the surgeries in the worl, I wouldnt be able to cross 30th percentile in looks for a guy my age, and thats considering every surgery would go ideally well. " and we both think Im somewhere in MTN-HMTN range.

Depends on the ROI of the surgeries and the risk of them, i would better stop after 3-4 surgeries rather than fix every failo and risk unnatural looks after.

So basically by your logic, a Monobloc surgery is safe since you labeled surgeries as not risky.

That is like saying I am scared of pain killers because there might be side effects or I am terrified of planes because there is risk of crashing. People in this forum make it sound like about 50% of surgeries end up botched where as actual number is probably 0.05%

Depends on wich kind of surgeries we are speaking off, if we are talking about rhinoplasties then sure, the botch chances are some what low with "non blackpilled surgeons", but by your logic, if the botches are 0.05%, why don't you go to any "non blackpilled" surgeons?, if you are implying that the botches are 0.05% per se.

Anything has risks, even a rhinoplasty, i am not implying to not get the surgeries ofc, but you do need to know the risks before doing them, i myself am planning on getting bimax, knowing the risks of it doesn't stop me of doing it, but it helps me be prepared if anything happens.

Tdlr, you should do surgeries knowing their risks and if they are a good ROI.

Im 100% serious. It was like, I told him that I would like to be in the 70th+ perce tile (aka at least top 30%) of looks, and he said, that even with surgery that wouldnt be possible.
