yes it can certainly benefit those who are unlike this individual, however besides being chubby even after receiving the famed double jaw surgery his mandible is visibly small and unprojected. its likely the lack of concern for aesthethics in the surgery establishment, so for many its not salvation and false hope should not be an extension of their suffering.
