the hard truth is, people here say they will get surgery just to cope with their bitter lives. 99,99% of you wont.

1. You cant even afford it
2. You cant hide it; you cant just disappear
3. you will have missed and wasted your youth, even after getting it

Only a very small percentile are able to get surgery; you need to live in ideal conditions for it to be possible at all.

And even if they do get the surgeries, they will be very disappointed when they dont look like the chad morph they made of themselves on photoshop

Only the third applies to me.

If you focus on trying to youthmaxx (so DONT go for gigachad bones but rather try for harmony with your existing features) maybe you can get another bite at the apple.

Not like there’s anything else to do at this age.

I can agree with this, the realistic results of surgery are very disappointing if you’re used to looking at morphs. It has to be an iterative process. Fix the structure with osteotomies, add mass where heavily deficient with implants, fine tune the shape with filler and soft tissue surgeries and then finally maintain with the occasional laser resurfacing, facelifts, all that other normal looksmaxxing stuff.

If you’re lucky you can skip some of the earlier steps.

Yes, plastic surgery can change facial bones through procedures like facial bone augmentation (implants or shaving/contouring) to create a more defined, balanced, and attractive appearance by enhancing features like jawlines, cheekbones, and chins, often by adding volume or reducing it to improve proportions. These skeletal contouring surgeries work by altering the underlying structure, which significantly impacts overall facial shape and can make features appear more prominent or refined.

How it works
  • Augmentation: Surgeons use implants (like cheek or jaw implants) or grafting to add volume and projection to areas like the chin, cheeks, or jaw.
  • Reduction (Shaving): Surgeons can shave down prominent bone, such as a square jawline or strong brow ridge, for a softer or more refined look.
  • Combined Approach: Often, procedures aim to create harmony between the eyes, nose, mid-face, and jaw, improving symmetry and balance.

Common procedures for bone structure
  • Chin Augmentation: Defines the chin and jawline.
  • Cheek Implants: Adds fullness and lift to the mid-face.
  • Jaw Angle Implants/Contouring: Creates a sharper or softer jawline.

Benefits for attractiveness
  • Enhanced Definition: Sharper jawlines and more prominent cheekbones are often considered attractive features.
  • Improved Balance: Corrects proportions between different facial areas.
  • Rejuvenation: Can reverse age-related bone loss, restoring youthful contours.

Important considerations
  • Risks: Involve potential for bleeding, nerve damage, infection, scarring, or fractures.
  • Surgeon Expertise: Choosing a board-certified surgeon experienced in skeletal contouring is crucial for good results.

The bitter reality is that most of us were outcasts in some way or another and had our youth robbed from us. We all would have benefited from being athletic, having parents that pushed us, being high SES as opposed to muh being exposed to lookism early bro and coping with TT and peptides.

Maybe you can't afford it living in India Akash.

But most of us live in first world countries and hence all it takes is 1 year of working and we can afford a bunch of surgeries. We don't even need to get these surgeries in our own countries. We can shop abroad and get it for cheaper with our superior currency.

Stop projecting Akash

Im German.

If you have any kind of social life, how will you just disappear for weeks/months? What are you gonna say to your friends/family?
You live in Germany Akash and complaining about costs of surgery? Do you not have a job or something?

People are not that important to me. They shouldn't be to you either. Fuck what they think. Besides good looking people can join new social circles very easily.

Holy Incel trait
You probably rot the whole day and post on looksmax.org(2k posts in 2 months jfl). No wonder you dont have people who care about you.

This forum is 8 years old with over 100k users. So why are there only a few here who actually got surgery done, if its so easy?
