I do agree with your statement, literally no surgery works.
People here delude themselves into thinking muh just need to get some money for that so I can be happy.
Reality is, they will remains the same, nothing will change.
No surgery will magically make you good looking and lose your inceldom.
There much more than that.

What's the alternative to surgery though besides leanmaxxing? One of the only looksmaxes that actually works and isn't an 80 IQ zoomer cope as long as you don't get a zygomaxillary reduction from Dr. Munkel in the slums of Delhi. Inb4 mewing

I also had some surgeries to look more like a k-pop star(jaw reduction, rhino etc) and you won’t believe how much I ascended. Gonna post results today
