One thing that i was always wondering about is how yall niggers would make the fact that you got surgery ( cuz people will notice) acceptable in your social environment. Like in your family, around people you know, on uni etc.

You can just larp abt shit with medical problems like septum etc. But hump on your nose disappeard magically JFL. At this point i would tell that main reason was septum surgery, rhino was just cuz of good opportunity. Idk if thei model the bone also with septum surgery
