My family’s net worth is pretty high my dad makes mid 20s so I don’t really have to worry abt money or anything the 160 is Jst money I can access rn bcus the family lawyer said I can utilise it however I want ye but other than that I was thinking leg lengthening and my clavicles are already pretty wide plus facially would rhino and is hmtn really not in reach I’d be happy with mmtn or lmtn aswell

I don't think u have any major flaw to improve, also surgery won't give u any roi.
Make a fund for a quick hair transplant or face lift as u may need it in future. Or simply invest or money maxx.

You’re lucky to have some money but that doesn’t mean you should blow it on extreme surgeries. Leg lengthening is one of the most painful and risky operations and recovery takes years. Clavicle or rib surgery also carry high risks for very little aesthetic gain. Instead, fix obvious functional issues like dental work or maybe a rhinoplasty if you actually need it, and put the rest into gym, grooming, style and building your education/career. Investing in skills and wellbeing will pay off far more than chasing some mythical maxing tier.

True true I go to a top 3 school in my state and my grades are pretty good also my dad owns a financial firm so I can always get a nepo job if need be in terms of grooming what would you recommend

I don't know if you're attention-seeking but you're not mtn, I would rate you lhtn maybe even mhtn (if you get a good haircut + serum for thicker eyebrows). No surgeries needed.

+1 to pingu. 160K is a lot but it's not going to rewrite your bone structure. Use that money to fix actual problems – a deviated septum, crooked teeth, receding hairline – and improve your health. Bonesmash and jaw surgeries are brutal, risky and often leave you worse off. No surgeon can take you from subhuman to HM tier; chasing hmt is cope and will drain you. Better to invest in gym, style, social skills and your career than to gamble on extreme surgeries.
