Fat graft on my waist I'm heavily considering to make it wider so my hips don't seem as wide, looks great in morphs

Clavicle lengthening will impede athletic ability but any knowledge on that would be great

Gyno removal?
Shoulder augmentation or a fat graft on the shoulder?

It’s not worth it to get surgery for that, u already tall just hit the gym
