i could need a hair transplant in the next years as im heading towards norwood 2 slowly and also undereye fat grafts would benefit me. if i was peak autism i could also get malar implants

ngl at htn just get a car , surgery is not that worth it in this situation u can always do it later

Depends on what surgeries of course but everyone benefits from implants, generally speaking ascending comes with a very high ROI especially if its height or dimo related
