I'm happy with the result, i sometimes add some toppik in it which make it look like very high density

I dont like the result, because it seems like you went to a cheap surgeon that not used the microscopic method to separate the different hair types and choose the fine and correct ones for the front line. The front hairs look like they dont belong there and like they are to thick/strong. A natural hair line has fine and strong hair mixed well balanced.
I bet your surgery was not performed by a surgeon that only does one procedure a day and does all the steps by himself.

Still better than nothing.
