Stage 1

Double Jaw surgery

Facial implants:

Infraorbital rim (this picture I manage to fraud it with makeup but my entire eyes are sunken in, that's the reason why I took the picture. Bc I had makeup around my eyes)

Malar implants possibly

Any other implants for this stage to balance out


Soft tissue augmentation:

Bulboplasty, my nose ruins my face. Not my alar base but the bulbous nasal tip with subpar nasal bridge but the tip is honestly disgusting

Fat grafting

Possibly canthoplasty to fix uneven CT on each eye


Stage 2


LLS (5'7 as of current)


Clavicle lengthening


Stage 3

Finishing touches needed, face will be so different at this point and smv altered.





Goal is at least to get htbs

Please give advice
