visited surgeon yesterday, he told me that my upper palate is 5mm narrower than the lower and first of all i need to fix my occlusion, so i’ll get a SARPE this or next month
why not MARPE? Well, i already have wide bizygo compared to my ipd and bigonial.
Then, most likely in summer 2028 i’m doing bimax, or mb trimax with ccw rotation.
I do it mostly for functional benefits, but i hope that it’s going to impact the aesthetics too, since my side is much worse than my front.

If somebody reading that thread does have any personal experience of those surgeries, then please tell me if i’m wrong

Ok man, aesthetically it's not ideal but you can decide for yourself I repped btw
