What's the deal with surgeons who don't show the surgery plan until the surgery is done?
I've read many cases that went like this
Isn't it an obligation or atleast a moral obligation for them to show it to the patient? I mean they're literally cutting your face open. They could atleast show wth are they gonna do.
And why do you just comply when they're not willing to show it?

I couldn't complain because I was getting it for free for the cost of being treated like a functional patient all along (bad mistake). If unlikewise you're paying for the surgery then you have the right to discuss the planning with your surgeon since you want to know what's happening with your face. Make it clear from the beginning that you understand the movements and you care for aesthetics.
