Surgery plans before college

Just tryna get everything done before i leave for college, any advice helps

Plan for 2027-2028 (before uni)

• Sliding genioplasty (6mm+ advancement + square remodeling)
• Rib cartilage rhinoplasty (Correct flatter bridge and recessed radix to achieve more deep set eyes + more forward projection from the side)
• Corner lip lift (for downturned lips)

Optional

• Deep-neck contouring
• Buccal fat removal

Invasive+ surgeries (Still hesitant, will consider after rhino+genio)

• Jaw angle implants + Chin implant

Goals:

• Achieve as much angularity as possible. Sharp + Striking features. I.e. Sharp nose from the side profile, Sharp jawline, sharp chin, sharp neck to jaw separation)
• Achieve deeper set eyes and a more intimidating gaze but no squinting (can be enhanced by a higher radix)

If you don't mind me asking, did you assess your need for these yourself or did you visit a specialist and receive ''directions'' of sort and had Facial CT scans? Thanks

Not necessary even if you have a lot of money to spare, everythinh else is amazing
As a rule - dont get something if you feel its optional

My needs were both assessed by me and specialist (maxillo-facial surgeon + orthodontist). I just spent a lot of time determining what my flaws were and what my strong points were and I determined what I needed myself most of the time, but if i'm hesitant about something i won't hesitate to ask my orthodontist or my maxillofacial surgeon. I had my facial ct scans the first time i visited my ortho and yes the professionals did guide me towards taking decisions towards what i need and didn't need

That's great man, I personally am planning to book consults very soon however I was worried that an OMFS Surgeon/Orthodontist wouldn't be able to locate flaws outside of their specialty area which is why I was under the assumption I would have to consult with some sort of all-rounder plastic surgeon to get a better chance having what I want done better. Any advice you could give me in this direction? Much love

That's great man, I personally am planning to book consults very soon however I was worried that an OMFS Surgeon/Orthodontist wouldn't be able to locate flaws outside of their specialty area which is why I was under the assumption I would have to consult with some sort of all-rounder plastic surgeon to get a better chance having what I want done better. Any advice you could give me in this direction? Much love

Well consider that functional is most likely an OMFS surgeon or orthodontist's specialty and main concern, so things like airway issues and bite alignment, palate width, etc are gonna be the first considerations when doing your consultation. You need to be very clear that your facial aesthetics are your main priority in your case which is what I did. Don't be scared of saying what you truly what to specialists because at the end of the day you're the one thats paying their salaries.

Also, carefully choose your surgeon and orthodontist because not every surgeon is as skilled as the other, one can produce significantly better results

I inquired to my OMFS surgeon about a double jaw + BSSO combination surgery but he instantly turned me down and said I didn't need it even though these 2 surgeries are like the saviors in looksmaxxing, so no they won't just say yes to any surgery that you think might make you look better even if you're paying them because there is simply no need for these surgeries. This is how it works in western countries. In countries that specialize in plastic surgery such as turkey and korea you could indeed get these surgeries without any functional problems though.

I see, I appreciate you typing this out it's given me a lot to consider. I'll most likely get my consultation in some clinic in London as I've heard they are very skilled in what they do and simply tell them I wish to improve aesthetics, I have no functional issues of note so I'll get that out of the way with them early on.
