Recovery was great was on my feet in about 5 days and cast off in literally 8 days and It looked like this. Pain was minimal and I had closed rhinoplasty. I was feeling pretty good throughout, I reccomend the surgeon if you live in Pakistan as it was £600 for me as I went to see my family and did this at same time. I can't remember the pain Meds but they were not too strong

Fuck that is a noticeable improvement from the side at least. And 600 pounds. That is cheap even for pakistan. One doc I consulted with quoted 300,000 PKR, which is like 1000 pounds I think.

Also, I don't think my nose is as big as yours was. Mine is wider, more bulbous and has a slight hump. Won't make that much difference by itself.

The thing is I don't have one big failo. Just a fair number of them spread out across my face. So I'll need several different surgeries to make an impact. Brutal.

Btw, I would consider a jaw implant, for taller ramus. That should bring your side to like HTN ranges.

Ye I am doing orthodontics as the main issue is I have maxillary hypoplasia and bad recession, after that I will look at some jaw stuff. I'm doing my ortho rn so will see after that

The clinic was Islamabad Plastic Surgery in medcity f8. Amazing doctor and I was given an executive room with this price. I like in uk but went back home to do it, I recommend you do same if u go abroad

Oh. Your rhino case was relatively straightforward. You just needed to have your hump shaved off.
