Implants are the best option currently for midface augmentation.fillers migrate and also give you gay look and always looks unnatural

Zeta did lot of fillers. Also be careful men, do your research and also dont overdo filler because most surgeons are using more filler than is necessary just to make more money. Also fillers are very popular even among normies, just make sure that you know what are you doing to get best results.

no, and no for jaw implants too. theres a ton of muscle and connective tissue covering your chin and jaw
