i know i need a whole skull replacement but i think i can get away with few procedures and compensate for the recession. this is a morph of rhino done by a surgeon cuz i have an ethnic nose plus no forward growth. as i fixed my bite using invisalign and have no issues breathing i do not plan for bimax, instead i was thinking of genio + deep neck contouring to get rid of the submental mess as my side sucks. my question is, should i go for rhino first that will end up pretty much in the photo i attached or go with genio + deep neck contouring instead? also for those who do not know what a deep neck contoruing means: it is a procedure consisting of trimming of subplatysmal fat, partial removal of additional contributing deep neck structures such as anterior belly of the digastric muscles and/or hyperthrophied submandibular glands and additional platysma maneuvers (Dr. Ozcan Cakmak).

Genio + neck contouring first. A good surgeon will take chin projection into account when doing a rhino
