If I know mostly what my ''weak'' areas are, for example chin projection/proportions, mid face projection & under eyes mainly however other areas might benefit from some work done as well, how can I get started if I want to take the surgical path, what would make the most sense?

Book a consultation with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and have an analysis / Facial CT Scan done and go from there? The thing I'm worried about is potential redundancy/time & money wasting. Because an O&MF Surgeon may advise me somewhat but a plastic surgeon may offer me more options and an overall better result.

What are your thoughts on my dilemma? What exactly should be the first step I should take? Thanks in advance

See what the orthodontist has to say and go from there. But from what you said you might need maxilla advancement e.g lefort 1 and sliding genioplasty for the chin. You could also ask for extra fat grafting on the chin as well, but that is more of an extra. If something needs to get done to the lower jaw, BSSO is likely the best option. For the under eyes you could an infraorbital malar implant, or just get lefort 2 but that is much more expensive. You should figure out if the under eye issue is skeletal or fat, then go from there.

However most of this stuff is last resort and should only be done once you have tried other measures, you could try getting into pharmacology instead depending on your age
