my jaw is majorly recessed behind my forehead. also looks like i have a deviated septum as well. breathing is a struggle. i wake up with my mouth wide ass open
. was gonna ask ent if i can get genio and rhinoplasty together. would be a major blessing any chance this is possible or maybe just one? also how long could recovery take?
