Hey guys I’m reposting this here as it seems more fit So basically im going on a trip to turkey in the next month and planning on getting a couple surgeries to hopefully increase my psl. This isnt what I look like currently as ive been bulking like a fat chud while gymaxxing and waiting for my surgeries.

I’m planning on getting undereye and tear trough fat grafting, a hair transplant cause i was lowkey frauding in these pics with hair fibers like a coping retard and an eyebrow transplant cause i was fruading the head of the eyebrow. I’m also planning on getting a nose job to slim my nosebridge define my tip and make it slimmer to unjew my nose and make it sick asf for the nose to lip ratio to get better cause it’s lowkey dogshit and a lateral canthopexy cause my shit looks droopy asf and maybe fat grafting on the top eyelid to get more hunter like eyes. I’m really tryna ascend my eye area but not get tufanoed. And maybe something to my cheekbones id like to do filler but idk. Anyways id like ur opinions habibis!

Idk tbh I’d do anything to ascend though obviously strategically and ive got pretty good connections in turkey, families pretty high up in the medical industry and such so imma have no trouble booking surgeons abd I’ve got like 20smt k to spend I’m just choosing turkey cause I’m for sure going to get a ht and itd be easier doing alot of the procedures away from my place of current residence

Rhinoplasty is a given.

Fat grafting to the undereyes is worth a shot.

Your lower lip is protruding and drooping, and your mentolabial notch is deep. This is usually indicative of a recessed mandible and could be addressed with a BSSO (on its own, or combined with a Lefort 1, thus making it a bimax, if need be).
Have you had your dental occlusion checked ?

Other than that, it's hard to say because your front profile pics have been taken too close to the face and at angles that don't allow proper assessments.

It may look like he has masseter hypertrophy (the muscle is overdeveloped), which gives a blocky/bulky look to jaw angles from the front. Botox injections relax the muscle and slim down the face. It is a relevant choice when bigonial width appears too large in relation to bizygomatic width. In his particular case, it could be just an effect of lens distortion (he took the pics too close to his face).

I had it checked a couple years ago during a braces consulation and was told my lower jaw was a bit recessed, so I'll look into bsso but considering how blue pilled canada is I'm not sure how far itll go. I'm hoping I can get it then cause thatll be a proper looksmax and lefort 1 would be insanely fire aswell. I'll look into the masseter botox injections my massetters are a bit overdeveloped since I clench them alot. Hoping with the fat grafting and other eye area surgeries I can hopefully ascend this year bro.

Why masseter botox what does it do?

Masseter botox will make your jaw muscles smaller overtime, resulting in a less bloated look. I'd say get to 10-12% bodyfat and then make the call. I have huge masseters too, but now that I am losing weight it really doesn't look as bloated.
