Hi, I'm wondering if I could get any kind of advice on what surgeries I could possibly get to improve my overall face.

I know I lack in my lower third which descends me. I'm 16 approaching 17 in February.

Its not a larp, I'm serious. I mostly get rated MTN by most people because of my asymmetry and bone ratios.

But my bone ratios aren't that good neither are my ratios. Most people have rated me uncanny MTN with no appeal. Even BGM (Black Gymmaxx) rated me "normie" because my harmony level isn't that good.
