This but instead of genio maybe just send it for bimax, since maxilla and mandible both seem recessed while chin seems fine. (trimax also option)

I dont think it really matters which one you first for in terms of invasiveness. I think budget and what bothers you the most is the thing that you should be treating first. Which ofcourse is up to OP.

oh, ic probably wasnt loading for me. But you can see in these pictures that he definitely needs a bimax. Genioplasty alone wont cut it

That's the ticket. Though I hear some bad stuff about the intensity of jaw implants you need. Plus you need to find an implant designer. Jaw, jaw angle implants. You need volume at your gonions and chin to become Chadly. Genioplasty might be better.

I agree, but i’m no expert on jaw surgery. I’d also recommend an upper lip reduction (after jaw is done)
