would appreciate it someone can morph with asymmetry correction and other recommended surgeries

also I know I got a recessed maxilla I’m working on getting a sleep study conducted for that

if your looking to create hailos, a rhinoplasty and pre orbital fat grafting should do the job

did you mean the philtrum? The lefort cut is located right below the alar base, its not doing shit to your uper maxilla.
Even then it doesnt look recessed either. FIlling those undereyes would help ig.
Are your infras recessed? If they are, you can go for a infra-malar design.

I think my mandibles decent other then the asymmetry but I always thought my overall maxilla and eye area was recessed, will look into fat grafting and seeing if my infras are recessed

do u know if its bone?, in person I can feel that my bone on my right side face cheekbone and jaw is bigger

you could cehck instantly by molesting your eyeballs with your finger

thanks mohito, will be getting a septorhino soon so it might correct the alar by itself but will look into getting the lip lift/ commissuroplasty after a potential bimax

crooked to straight since I am also getting a speto and narrowing the nose during rhino narrows the navitys making air intake harder and thats a issue for me since I am also get a maspe for airway

Curries are usually ugly, the ethnic tax doesn't impact you as much

try clearing up your skin and lighten it if u can and fix ur hair ggs
