surgery recommendations?

5’11 larp 6’0 basically the same thing, however i’m 6’0 when i wake up so that counts ill get otoplasty, rhinoplasty, commisuroplasty, custom jaw and chin implants, mini chin wing, eithier under eye fat grafting or infra orbital implants. is it too much?

And i dont understand why you'll get osteotomies and/or implants for tiny results.
Rhinoplasty for the front will make your mouth to nose ratio better, but your intercanthal nasal width will be horrible after, because of your ipd.

i think custom jaw implants will give major results to me because i have inward gonions and a slightly narrow mandible. so getting the implants i’m hoping to get outward gonions and a more dimorphic lower third. same as for cheekbone implants.

i’m thinking about a lateral commisuroplasty + corner lip lift alongside a rhinoplasty and my goal with a rhinoplasty wasn’t to get a alarplasty however a reduction of my tip size and cartilage on top, alongside a improved radix.

Get the otoplasty rest isn’t worth it I would suggest filler instead all those surgeries that could get you botched.
