Surgery/softmax advice needed. please help

Hello everyone. I have been considering what surgery/surgeries to get for a while but I wanted to ask more people for advice. I am considering rhinoplasty firstly. I am also considering getting a chin implant or a more serious surgery for my jaw/chin depending on what you all suggest. I am 19, 5'10 though I can fraud 6 foot with boots/airmax. I am also underweight and have a shitty frame so I am also planning to bulk up to about 160lbs because i am currently only 135lbs. I also don't know what type of look I should softmax to. I mean this in like what "class"/archetype I should try to fit. Any advice is greatly appreciated. also please I hardly ever post on here so if I messed anything up lmk so i can fix it thanks.

You need rhinoplasty the most, fix that and get a thin right triangle nose, also you need double jaw surgery, you need to shave your beard, it is disgusting,

Apply shoe insoles that increases your height up to 2 inches, thats it

Dw about your weight I'm also 5'10 at roughly 131 pounds, about 13.5% bf, im cutting down to 125, yeah insane weight I know I was 180 too lost like 1 inch on my bidelt, but that could be mostly water. I like how you're frauding your height to 6' I do the same. your skin needs to be fixed asap only accutane larp your way to getting it. Trim those catapillar eyebrows, that itself would ascend you instantly and onec you do that save up as much money as you can for implants it'll save your life gl gl
