High lateral cheekbone implant
Upper eyelid fat graft
Lower eyelid fat graft
Canthoplasty

Lip fat grafting
Lip augmentation
Eyebrow transplant

Bimax with ccw rotation

In those three stages is it safe and OK to get them done like this in turkey with decent surgeons or should i spread the out into more stages any advice would be great as I've never had surgery before

Start with the most brutal recovery surgeries. Research more on the fat grafting because supra/infra implants may be enough.
Do bimax, then everything else (this surgery probably ascends you the most)
