That makes cuts in ur scalp and then moves it so it wouldnt make eyebrows lower and if you start receeding you Will have scars

Lol I can "lower my scalp" and make my eyes more wooded but I don't like to do it. It's that those muscles arent as tight for different reasons but it's probably not gonna be the way you think cuz the lack of support might affect your face in other ways.
