I've seen the results from epicanthoplasty and all the other surgeries that are commonly suggested for the eye area, and NONE OF THEM LENGTHEN/DOWNTURN THE MEDIAL CANTHUS. However, if you simply pinch the skin on your nose bridge in between your eyes, the medial canthus becomes longer. There should be some easy way to do this right? Why can't a doctor simply cut off some skin on your nose bridge, let it heal, then laser off the scar?

Did you figure anything out?

I asked Eppley a while back and he said a Z-plasty or V-Y advancement can downturn it a smidge; like 2-maybe 3mm (the question was mainly about down-turning rather than lengthening but I'm sure the same method can be applied to achieve greater length as well).

But ultimately, if you want bigger more drastic results you're going to have to get a full fledged medial canthoplasty, which unfortunately is only reserved for people who got into bad physical trauma and got their lacrimals all fucked up. No doctor has ever performed it cosmetically from what I've personally seen.
