is it over or is there a way to fix uneven eyes and lids and also just get a better eye shape overall

filling that upper eyelid fith some fat graft would help with the hooding overall. But there is a chance that u are getting a higher set eyebrows if u dont have enough browridge projection so leting us see the profile may help
