Anyone ever had a genioplasty (chin advancement) combined with mandibular ostectomy (shaving off bone near the ramus) and how was it? My gonial angle is almost 90 degrees and makes me an ogrecel if my hair is not hiding my ramus. My surgeon recommended these two procedures to me for ~15k total. She said my ramus is too long and my chin is a little bit too short. Also looking for alternatives if anyone else has a similar problem.
