first, was just a genio downgraft which made the jaw appear taller

second, is imdo which grows the anterior mandible downward, laterally and forward and probably a genio downgraft as well

Bimax with clockwise rotation can lengthen the lower third but the issue would be the ramus remaining as short. I guess bimax+a jaw angle implant would be the best solution.

Im personally going to go with a bimax+genio and hopefully that is enough without the implants.

The patient had a class 2 malocclusion aka deep bite. If yo fix that with braces and bimax you get chin height.

not everyone will get chin height with a bimax

he might also got a chin wing ontop but probably not

If you fix a class 2 with bimax and braces that will increase your chin height. I have confirmation on this by surgeon and ortho

And his bite got fixxed
