Surgery to lower fwhr

Yes make fun of my stupid questions and I apologize.

So my fwhr is pretty low (you don’t need to know just know that it is fucking low) and I wanted to know if there is any surgery that lowers the vertical length of my face. I doubt that that surgery exist since dang they would need to make a 360 bone cut.

If there ain’t a surgery like that then I suppose the only way to fix my fwhr is by getting more face width/a wider face. Yes lip lift Ik but my philtrum is already fine so I don’t know man

Appreciate it but my fwhr is truly fucked 1.64 but I should do some research on lens distortion and stuff. But ppl do have told me that my face is narrow

If you have fear of lens distortion, you shouldnt be using that picture
5-6 feet away, head in frankfort plane corresponding to the camera lens
or, just use a picture where your far from the camera to get to 90% accuracy
